These terms govern use of the Linco Labs website and its project request process.

Project requests
Submitting a request invites Linco Labs to assess the information and contact you. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or constitute a binding quotation.
Portal approvals and payments
Proposal acceptance and successful payment may be recorded electronically. Accepting a proposal does not trigger a charge. Opening or returning from a hosted payment link does not prove payment; payment is complete only after the provider confirms it to Linco Labs. Refunds, milestones, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable written proposal.
Proposals and work
Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, intellectual property, and other project terms are agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to share submitted text, links, and files for assessment. Please do not send unlawful, harmful, or unnecessarily sensitive material.
